StockByte LLC ("StockByte," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website stockbyte.io and the StockByte dashboard at dashboard.stockbyte.io. We provide a cross-listing and inventory management platform for resellers operating on platforms such as StockX, Goat, and Poizon. StockByte also operates a TikTok Mini Game that allows TikTok users to engage in interactive gameplay experiences directly within the TikTok platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our services, including both our cross-listing platform and our TikTok Mini Game integration.

We collect the following categories of information:

4.1 — TikTok Mini Game

StockByte operates a Mini Game available within the TikTok platform. When you access the Mini Game via TikTok, we may access the following data:

• Basic account profile information (display name, account ID)
• Authentication tokens to verify your identity
• Gameplay data such as scores and session activity

How we use Mini Game data:

• To authenticate users and enable gameplay
• To save your game progress and display leaderboards
• To improve game performance and user experience

4.2 — TikTok Shop / Cross-listing Integration

For users who connect their TikTok Shop or TikTok for Business account to StockByte for cross-listing purposes, we additionally access:

• Product and inventory data from your TikTok Shop
• Order and sales data associated with your TikTok account

How we use TikTok Shop data:

• To sync and cross-list your products across platforms
• To display sales analytics within your StockByte dashboard
• To automate inventory management actions you have configured

How we do not use any TikTok data:

• We do not sell TikTok data to third parties
• We do not use TikTok data for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to your account
• We do not share TikTok data except as described in Section 5 of this Policy

TikTok data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time, which will halt further data access and trigger deletion of stored TikTok tokens within 30 days.

Our use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok for Developers API Terms of Service and TikTok's Platform Policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics, email services) under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Connected Platforms: When you link StockX, Goat, Poizon, TikTok, or other accounts, data is exchanged as needed to perform the service you requested.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of StockByte, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it longer by law.

TikTok API tokens and associated data are deleted promptly upon account disconnection or closure.
