The problem

Running several TikTok Shop stores meant copying shipping lists by hand every morning and reconciling profit across stores in spreadsheets that were always a day behind.

What we built

  • Chrome extension that extracts daily shipping lists from the seller dashboard in one click
  • Normalized order and cost data into a single warehouse
  • Multi-store P&L dashboard with per-SKU margin, ad spend, and returns
  • Scheduled reports delivered to the ops team every morning

  • Shipping-list prep went from hours to minutes per day
  • P&L across every store visible by 8am, not end of week
  • Built to respect site terms and applicable law
