The problem

Brands with overstock and returns needed a channel that could test product on camera, move volume fast, and handle the returns loop without building their own live commerce operation.

What we built

  • Seven livestream studios in Elmhurst, IL with bilingual English and Spanish hosts
  • Warehouse intake, testing, and fulfillment flow for partner inventory
  • In-house tooling for scheduling, inventory, and sell-through tracking
  • Returns handling as part of the standard engagement
